Responsibilities

• Responsible for day‑to‑day management of independent living schemes, ensuring safe and smooth operation.
• Enable tenants to live confidently, independently and positively in their own homes.
• Provide tailored welcome and induction upon moving in, liaise on tenants’ behalf with statutory or voluntary agencies as needed, and support in emergencies.
• Arrange social events for tenants and agree individual housing support plans.
• Oversee the physical environment within the scheme to maintain a clean, well‑maintained living environment.
