Saw Operator

**Aerotek is hiring a Saw Operator**

**1st and 2nd shift**

**$16+**

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate and maintain saw equipment, including band saws and other cutting machinery, to process steel materials according to specifications.
+ Measure, mark, and cut steel materials accurately using a tape measure and other measuring tools.
+ Assist in the setup and calibration of saw equipment to ensure precise and consistent cuts.
+ Inspect raw materials and finished products for accuracy, quality, and adherence to engineering drawings.
+ Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
+ Collaborate with fabrication team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
+ Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on saw equipment to minimize downtime.
+ Support other fabrication tasks as needed, including welding, grinding, and assembly.
