- Assist clients/members with savings account opening, updates, and inquiries
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and other savings transactions
- Receive and evaluate loan applications and supporting documents
- Conduct initial assessment of borrower eligibility and creditworthiness
- Prepare loan documentation and ensure completeness of requirements
- Monitor loan releases, repayments, and account balances
- Follow up on due or overdue loan payments
