SAP SuccessFactors PY Lead – Location: Spain (Remote)

Role Overview

The Payroll Lead will be an HCM/Payroll expert responsible for preparing and executing payroll‑related client workshops. The role includes overall solution design, acting as a solution architect when needed, and managing, leading and mentoring other consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate client workshops related to payroll.
• Design and architect overall payroll solutions.
• Manage client expectations and communicate implementation progress to senior stakeholders.
• Provide functional and technical advice on SuccessFactors design and HCM/HR Payroll.
• Deliver strategic advice on SuccessFactors functional applications.

Requirements

• Extensive expertise in SAP Payroll with experience in solutioning using the SAP Payroll tool‑set.
