We are seeking a Senior Consultant with deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay to join our HR Technology practice. This role is designed for professionals who can lead complex compensation transformation initiatives, manage senior stakeholders, and ensure delivery excellence.

You will be responsible for solution ownership, program leadership, and strategic advisory across compensation planning, incentive design, and performance‑linked pay programs.
