About the Role
Our client in the manufacturing sector is seeking an SAP SD Functional Analyst to support and enhance their SAP S/4HANA environment. This is a hands‑on role focused on Sales & Distribution (SD) processes, with a strong emphasis on system configuration, day-to‑day support, and collaboration with business stakeholders.
Location: Burlington, 4d onsite/week
Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP SD processes, including order management, pricing, shipping, and billing
- Manage and support the end‑to‑end order‑to‑cash lifecycle
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in a live SAP environment
- Gather and translate business requirements into functional SAP solutions
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (FI/CO, MM) to ensure integrated processes
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution
