Location: Metro Manila | Full Time
Job Summary: Responsible for understanding business requirements and transforming them into Business Process in the SAP System, providing procedure manual and end-user training to SAP business users, analyzing and resolving SAP System issues, and enhancing parts of the system according to client requests or specifications, in compliance with the overall direction, policies, and process of DynamIQ Enterprise Solution Inc.
Job Responsibilities
- Plans develops, and documents processes to be used as the blueprint for the whole implementation cycle across all business units
- Ensures compliance with processes and procedures in the resolution of issues or requested activities
