Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP HR Systems Analyst to support and optimize SAP ECC (SCEIS) HR modules within a state HR/Payroll environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, reporting, and compliance alignment to enhance automation, improve data integrity, and reduce manual processes.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, test, and troubleshoot SAP ECC (SCEIS) HR modules to optimize system workflows and improve automation.
Support State HR and Payroll processes while ensuring compliance with data privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA, FLSA) and regulatory frameworks.
Perform data validation, integrity monitoring, and issue resolution across HR systems.
