Role Description

• Understanding of standard SAP Meter-to-Cash process
• Hands-on experience with Billing Master Data
• Experience with mass processing for Billing / Invoicing / Printing
• Knowledge of integration of SAP IS-U Billing with Device Management (DM), FICA, and CRM
• SPRO configuration knowledge
• Understanding of Print Workbench
• Experience working on project implementation as a functional consultant
• Understanding of EMMA clarification cases
• Secondary: Basic SAP ABAP, CRM, Device Management (DM), and FICA
