About the Role
Manages a large SAP HCM and ABAP offshore delivery team performing application development and maintenance activities on client systems
- Ensure the offshore delivery team meets outsourced service commitments to the client
- Maintain client satisfaction
- Resolve issues that affect demand scope, quality, schedule, budget, and resources
- Manage demand, resources, user relationship, performance, and changes to the team
- Drive future growth of the delivery team
- Manage the operational and financial performance of the project
- Manage day-to-day relationships with teaming partners and suppliers
- Facilitate the identification of process improvements
TO QUALIFY:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant fields
