About the Role
Our client, a leading global technology consulting enterprise, is seeking an agile, mid-to-senior level SAP ECS Client Engagement Manager / Service Delivery Manager to manage a critical portfolio of cloud transformation and enterprise operations.
In this strategic delivery role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end customer relationship for enterprise accounts leveraging SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS). Acting as a trusted client advocate and central escalation point, you will navigate the full engagement lifecycle—from onboarding and cloud transition phases into steady-state operations. You will be responsible for orchestrating cross-functional technical teams, driving S/4HANA adoption, managing operational risk, and leading strategic innovation workshops directly with client stakeholders to ensure premium service quality and customer success.
Duration: 6-Month Contract
