About the Role
DWS is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Compensation Techno-Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end delivery of EC and Compensation enhancements across a high-visibility HR program. This role will focus on driving pay grade, compensation structure, and workflow improvements.
Where: Melbourne, inner suburbs
Type: ACN Contractor OR Max Term
Start: ASAP (mid July at latest)
Length: 4 months, possible extension
Style: Hybrid; 3+ days onsite
Salary: up to $/day (ACN) or up to $K inc super (Max Term)
