SAP Development Lead

We are looking for a SAP Development Lead for our client who meets the following criteria:

• Language: English
• Security Clearance: Valid Police Record Check
• Location of Work: Hybrid – 100 Constellation Drive, Ottawa, Ontario K2G 5J9 or/and remotely as approved by the Project Authority/Manager.

Mandatory requirements:

• The Resource should demonstrate:
  • 15 years hands-on SAP ABAP development experience, including ABAP OO, debugging, and HANA-based performance optimization (code pushdown, SQL tuning, runtime improvement of custom programs).
  • 3 years of Development lead experience including but not limited to:
    • Code reviews (System + Manual)
    • Enforcing Clean core principles and SAP & Industry best practices
    • Risk Assessment & mitigation (Technical and Business)
    • Hands-on problem-solving during delivery
