Responsibilities
- 7+ years of dedicated, hands-on SAP CS experience.
- Deep knowledge of end-to-end service processes and cross-module integrations.
- Experience in Pharma / Life Sciences with GxP / FDA compliance is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with modern analytics and reporting tools.
- SAP CS Management: Deliver full lifecycle implementations, enhancements, and production support.
- Operations & Core Modules: Manage service orders, notifications, contracts, and integrate with SD, MM, and PM.
