Job Summary
The Sanitation Worker is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall upkeep of the production plant and facility. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a safe, clean, and organized environment that supports food safety, operational efficiency, and company quality standards.
What You’ll Do
+ Collect and dispose of facility trash, cardboard, recycling, and production waste materials
+ Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of raw and finished goods processing and packaging departments
+ Complete custodial duties including sweeping, dry and wet mopping, floor scrubbing, polishing, and vacuuming
+ Check, refill, and replace sanitizers throughout the facility
+ Clean and sanitize restrooms using approved disinfectants and cleaning procedures
+ Supply empty containers to production areas and assist with cleanup of parts and materials
