The ideal candidate will have hands-on Salesforce Administration experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to manage and support business-critical applications.

• Provide L2 support and advanced troubleshooting for Salesforce applications
• Manage users, roles, profiles, permissions, sharing rules, and security settings
