Role Overview

The Salesforce Solution Architect is responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives. This role involves translating business requirements into technical architecture, ensuring best practices, and leading the integration of Salesforce with enterprise systems.

Technical Responsibilities

Define end-to-end Salesforce architecture for multi-cloud implementations (Sales, Service, Experience, CPQ).

Develop scalable and secure solutions adhering to Salesforce best practices.

Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).

Oversee data migration strategies, ETL processes, and data quality initiatives.

Implement Salesforce Shield, encryption, and audit trail for compliance (GDPR, HIPAA).
