About the Role
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid) Experience: 5+ Years Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary POC for Salesforce-related business issues Troubleshoot across opportunity management, account hierarchies, CPQ, CLM, pricing, and onboarding workflows Partner with cross-functional teams (SalesOps, BizSys, Data, Product, Engineering, Compliance) to resolve issues Drive root cause analysis and implement scalable solution Manage and prioritize multi-region escalations Analytics & Insights: Analyze Salesforce data to identify bottlenecks, trends, and inefficiencies Track sales productivity, issue resolution, and operational performance Build dashboards/reports and provide data-driven recommendations Use storytelling to influence decision-making Process Improvement & Automation: Identify workflow gaps and drive process optimization & automation Partner with Product/Engineering on system enhancements Lead UAT, rollout, change management, and adoption tracking Create detailed documentation, business c...
