Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce DevOps & Support Lead with 8+ years of overall DevOps experience and 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce expertise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing advanced Salesforce support, driving issue resolution, monitoring platform health, troubleshooting integrations, and ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of Salesforce applications.
This role requires a strong blend of Salesforce administration, development support, DevOps practices, and stakeholder engagement, along with the ability to mentor team members and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Salesforce-related technologies.
