About the Role

                         As a Salesforce Developers you will build and customize solutions for public sector applications, focusing on case management, integrations, and call center functionality. This remote role supports Human Services initiatives with hands-on development and troubleshooting.         

            Key Responsibilities:         

         Implement Human Services Call Center (HSCC) Salesforce solutions.      

         Build and customize solutions using declarative tools, Apex, LWC, and Flow.      

         Integrate Salesforce with other applications via REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft.      

         Develop complex logic for eligibility and payments.      

         Manage unit testing, UAT, and CI/CD pipelines.      

         Troubleshoot production issues.
