Responsibilities
- Help customers understand product specifications and features
- Demonstrate and explain how products work
- Answer questions about products and services
- Suggest add-on items that enhance the customer experience
- Create accurate, detailed quotes and estimates for customers
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
Qualifications
- 23 to 30 years old only
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology course or any related field
- With updated NC II in Computer Science
- Knowledgeable with IT products
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Can start ASAP
