Role Overview
We’re looking for a high-ownership Team Lead / Business Development Manager to lead, coach, and scale our sales team. This role combines people leadership + individual revenue accountability. You’ll be responsible for driving team performance, improving conversions, and building a disciplined, high-energy sales culture. This is not a pure managerial role, you will stay close to calls, numbers, and outcomes.
