Primarily support general customer services activities (60% of job scope) This position is expected to undertake administrative tasks, such as: Assist with staff expense management, validation and ensure properly archived. Manage and oversee all office operations, including local procurement, property and facilities management. Review NPM quotes and contracts, formalise approval process. Keep update customer bonus and rebates information for status and process Assist on weekly sales meeting notes and defined actions for follow up Absorb other activities required to support: Update containers arrivals date MIGO for local NPM orders Customer credit application process Verification of customer account setup (GBTS) Verification of ship-to location setup (GBTS)
