Sales Support Executive

Milele is looking for a detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to ensure smooth coordination among the sales, operations, and finance teams. If you enjoy working with data, systems and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Process and manage sales orders in ERP systems with accuracy
• Maintain and update sales data, tracking sheets and system records
• Coordinate with operations, QC, logistics and finance teams for order execution
• Track order status and provide real-time updates to the sales team
• Ensure proper documentation (orders, delivery updates, reports)
• Support the resolution of operational issues impacting sales execution
• Generate reports on order status, pending tasks, and workflows
