Role Overview
The Digital Sales Manager – Restructuring & Refinancing is a revenue-generating individual contributor role with strict monthly quotas.
The primary mandate is to:
● Convert qualified distressed leads into paid restructuring enrollments/ disbursements
● Drive refinancing eligibility conversion
● Maximize revenue per borrower
● Maintain disciplined CRM and follow-up control
