About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell medical supplies and medical equipment to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, nurses, biomedical staff, and purchasing departments
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and in-service training for healthcare professionals
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tenders in coordination with procurement teams
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and after-sales support
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs
- Coordinate with logistics, service, and technical teams for timely delivery and installation
- Ensure compliance with medical, ethical, and regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM record
