Overview

Identify and prospect new clients (retailers, distributors, and e-commerce partners) in the pet food industry.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to tailor sales strategies effectively.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure timely product delivery.
  • Responsible for product quotation and product display, and handling matters related to account recovery.
  • Responsible for business promotion, conveying and explaining the company's major business information, activities and products.

Qualifications

  • At least 1-3 years of sales experience in the pet food industry (retail, wholesale, or distribution).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of pet food products, market trends, and consumer trends.
