The Field Sales Employee shall be responsible in the achievement of loan target and maintenance of good loan portfolio quality. S/he is also responsible in relationship management/account servicing to help ensure maintenance of good loan portfolio quality.
Main Accountabilities:
- Identifies, solicits and maintains desirable loan accounts in the assigned area of responsibility.
