Job Description
Responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products and services, maintaining good customer relationships, achieving assigned sales targets, and ensuring accurate and timely sales documentation.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell company products and services to existing and prospective clients
- Conduct regular client visits, follow‑ups, and product presentations
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales‑related documents accurately
- Answer inquiries of clients through email and phone calls
- Coordinate with Operations, Purchasing, and Accounting for order fulfillment and collections
- Address customer concerns and escalate issues to the Sales Supervisor when necessary
- Maintain updated client records, sales reports, and activity logs
