About The Job

The primary purpose of a Process Manager is to bridge the gap between high-level business strategy and daily operations by ensuring workflows are efficient, consistent, and scalable. Also acts as a subject matter expert on assigned workflows, maintains documentation, and ensures compliance through quality checks and process support.

What You’ll Do

NEW PROCESSES

• Situation Analysis and Process Design
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, redundancies or risks and designs process which ensures that every step in the business operation adds value and aligns with strategic goals
• Process Execution & Support
• Facilitate the adoption of new processes by conducting workshops, training colleagues, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders at all levels
• Provide expertise and support to colleagues on process concerns
