About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Provide a weekly summary of sales reports and performance.
  • Secure timely reports for the cluster, including but not limited to Sales Data, Sales Performance, Incentive Performance, Tripping, and Expenses.
  • Assist in sales booking and documentation for PropertyPro clients.
  • Ensure monthly commissions are accurately collected and Monitor Sales Generated Funds of the sales team.
  • Track commissions and incentives for sellers.
  • Interact closely with different departments to identify potential solutions for CRM system and process-related issues.
  • Conduct pre-screening and fulfill client requirements, which involves direct coordination with clients and developers to complete documents and resolve pending obligations.
  • Act as a supplementary tele-sales resource for initiatives and projects, primarily to support sales agents in similar tasks and activities.
