Overview
We are a fast-growing health and wellness snack food brand. We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant, Accounting & Business Coordinator to create structure, reduce founder admin load, and keep day-to-day workflows moving smoothly across sales, operations, accounting, and brand support. This is a cross-functional, high-trust role designed for a positive, energetic operator who thrives in a fast-moving, founder-led environment and comfortably wears multiple hats.
Part time (20 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities
- Executive & Founder Support
- Manage daily inbox triage, surface priority communications, and draft routine replies.
- Coordinate calendar scheduling, meeting logistics, and detailed agendas/notes.
- Maintain daily and weekly founder priority lists to eliminate administrative bottlenecks.
- Support travel planning and detailed itinerary creation.
