Sales Operations Intern

Responsibilities

• Conduct competitor analysis and review their products
• Mystery shopper / Ghost Calling competitors’ updated products and services
• Create a master file of competitor analysis and provide a visual representation of their unique selling points
• Help in sourcing leads for new business development
• Achieve customer satisfaction through direct interaction with clients if needed
• Support other Sales and account management initiatives/projects i.e (campaigns)

Requirements

• MS Word proficient especially Powerpoint and Excel (advanced knowledge)
• Organized and is keen to details
• A good communicator and can work under pressure
• Desire to learn in a fast-paced startup environment
