Handle day-to-day sales operations for global trading activities (import & export). Process purchase orders, sales contracts, and Proforma Invoices (PI). Monitor order status and shipment schedules; update internal systems accordingly. Prepare and verify shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, L/C documents, etc.). Maintain proper filing and documentation of trade and shipping records. Act as the main point of contact for customers and suppliers (local & overseas). Coordinate shipment schedules and manage basic commercial terms. Follow up on issues, claims, and after-sales matters with the Sales Manager.
