Job Summary The Sales Operations Executive operates by managing product quotations, coordinating with vendors and distributors, processing sales orders, and ensuring timely delivery to customers. Responsibilities Vendor & Distributor Coordination Request RFQs (Request for Quotation) from distributors and vendors to obtain product pricing Compare vendor and distributor pricing to source competitive options Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and vendors to secure better support, pricing, and product availability Sales Operations Support Prepare and issue accurate invoices and delivery orders (DO) Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing Order & Delivery Coordination Arrange product deliveries to customers and ensure timely fulfilment Communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules and order updates Inventory & Procurement Follow-up Follow up with vendors and distributors on stock availability, especially for indent orders Monitor ord...
