About the Role
The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for auditing all new and revised digital campaigns to ensure accuracy in product setup, including codes, dates, contracts, creative specifications, rates, minimums, and revenue requirements. This role also supports reporting needs across teams and management, facilitates rush and makegood requests, and ensures a balance between efficiency and accuracy. The position reports to the Assistant Vice President of Digital Sales Training & Sales Operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Review and validate rates, revenue, monthly minimums, contracts, creative specifications, and special setup requirements for all digital products
+ Audit new and revised digital campaigns for discrepancies or missing information prior to revenue approval
+ Partner with the Digital Operations team to resolve discrepancies and secure rate approvals in a timely manner
+ Work with Co-Op team by supplying invoices, including monthly submissions...
