Sales Operations Analyst

Job Summary

The Red Hat Operations team is looking for a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join us in Buenos Aires, Argentina, leading and supporting the Sola Region within Red Hat’s Go‑To Market Operations organization. In this role you will work closely with the Sola Regional Manager and maintain close relationships throughout Red Hat. You will be responsible for taking the initiative and cross‑functionally collaborating with our Operations and Finance teams, including Business Operations, Accounting, Deal Desk, Sales Incentives, Legal and Marketing; communicate and present to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations that allow for effective and actionable decision making.
