Sales, marketing and production coordinator

Reporting to the Managing Director and Company Shareholders, the Sales, Marketing / Production Coordinator is responsible for supporting and coordinating between the Sales and Production teams by providing administrative support.

Minimum Requirements: Matric, Grade 12 certificate Valid Driver's licence

Responsibilities: Responsible for day to day sales enquiries from existing or potential customers – quotes, prices, product construction etc. Manage and record all sales enquiries. Serve customers by selling product and meeting customers’ needs. Service existing accounts, obtain orders and establish new accounts. Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and preparing reports through the production team.
