Working Hours:
09:00 am to 05:00 pm
Key Responsibilities:
Contact and engage with incoming student leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Understand students’ educational background, career goals, and learning requirements.
Explain course details, benefits, fee structure, duration, and career outcomes in a convincing manner.
Counsel students professionally and guide them toward the most suitable course.
Handle objections and answer queries to build confidence and trust.
