About the role:

The Sales Manager (Hunter) will be the primary driver of new revenue acquisition and industry penetration, directly responsible for expanding CIBI’s client base beyond its traditional IT-BPM stronghold into Logistics, Manufacturing, E-commerce, and BFSI. They will own the end-to-end sales cycle, from opportunity identification (via collaboration with Lead Gen) to closing new client contracts. Beyond sales closure, the Hunter will also establish the initial relationship handoff to the Account Manager, ensuring smooth onboarding and delivery alignment.
