Position Overview

• Oversee commercial and industrial HVAC sales along with full project management responsibilities
• Review customer plans, drawings, and specifications to develop accurate project cost estimates
• Managing the preparation of estimates for design-build and time and material projects
• Lead project teams to maintain technical quality and accurate project execution
• Manage crews and resources to deliver projects safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget
• Coordinate all phases of project execution, including scheduling, staffing, documentation, and resource planning
