Responsible for the sales of diesel system products and business development in China. Define & clarify technical specifications and scope of supply with customers. Deeply identify customer needs, develop trust relationships with both internal colleagues and external end-customers, co-lo. providers, package contractors, partners and suppliers. Drive process & business mode continuous improvement. Contribute innovative solutions and constructive solutions to the team. Cooperate with Demand Planning, Application Engineering, Finance Controlling, Purchasing, Order Management and Service team to manage project-related cases technically and commercially. Explore product competences and provide ideas for new product development. Lead product training / update for system integrators and end-customers.
