• Manage sales growth for specialized medical devices within sterile processing and lab/hospital diagnostic environments.
• Build strong partnerships with surgeons and hospital leaders to drive long-term product adoption.
• Lead and mentor sales reps and application teams to ensure high-quality technical support and clinical excellence.

the criteria

• Requires five to seven years in med-tech sales, ideally within diagnostics or life sciences.
• Preferabaly previous proven experience leading a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Medical Technology, or any related science discipline.
