About the Role
Position: Sales Manager (Composites/ Advanced Materials)
Location: UK & Ireland
Salary: Up to £60k basic + 30% KIP bonus scheme + Car
Company/ Sector: Chemical Distributor
The Role:
• Reporting to the National Sales Manager
• Achievement of budget and KPI’s as set on an annual basis
• Management of key accounts by providing excellent commercial and technical awareness
• Business development by generating growth through customer acquisition, product acquisition and identifying new products for existing and new markets/applications – 70% new business/30% account management
• Recording of customer data and interactions within a CRM System.
• Responsible for regular customer visits within their territory (but sometimes other geographies where applicable) with prompt reporting
• Responsible for working closely with the Company’s Principals, to provide the highest levels of service and representation
