ROLE DESCRIPTION
Business Strategy & Sales Development
· Define business strategy, annual sales plan, and profitability targets.
· Proactively identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market intelligence.
· Strengthen relationships with existing customers (farming) while expanding market presence with new clients (hunting).
· Ensure timely reporting of sales activities, opportunities, and market trends.
Budgeting & Forecasting
· Define and manage commercial budgets, forecasts, and acquisition order plans.
· Select initiatives for the Commercial Budget Plan and maintain a rolling forecast.
· Monitor order acquisition progress against budgeted objectives, addressing variances and implementing corrective measures.
· Support CFO in developing and controlling operational budgets to maintain financial strength.
