Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a minimum of at least three (3) salespersons in promoting PHirst developments with a focus on local market/clients
- The role involves driving sales performance, mentoring the team, and ensuring effective client management
Qualifications
- At least two (2) years of experience in sales or team management
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Willing and able to travel locally and man project sites
- Background in real estate sales is a plus
