About the Role

Responsibilities I. Develop Sales Strategies and Objectives Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape of wireless coverage products in the EU region to formulate targeted sales strategies. Gain in-depth understanding of mainstream operators and key clients to achieve annual sales targets within the budget. Track and document all sales activities, reporting annual OTE objectives to the line manager.

II. Customer Relationship and Business Development Take responsibility for designated countries/clients to secure potential project orders. Focus on the EU region, maintain key customer relationships, capture sales opportunities, and develop sales channels. Oversee partner recruitment and product ecosystem development in the EU markets Collect and analyze market data in the EU wireless communications sector, monitor competitor activities, and provide market insights and decision-making support for the company.
