Sales & Logistics Assistant - German speaking

For our headquarters in Stabio , we are looking for a Sales & Logistics Assistant to join our team.

At Montanstahl, we manufacture and sell bespoke steel and stainless‑steel profiles, combining flexibility, innovation and a strong customer‑oriented approach.

In this role, you will support both the Sales and Logistics departments, helping ensure smooth order management, efficient communication and timely deliveries to our customers.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Registering and monitoring sales orders in the ERP system
• Maintaining customer information in ERP and CRM systems
• Providing first‑level support to customers regarding orders, products and processes
• Managing inbound and outbound logistics, including intra‑company transfers
• Organizing shipments by land, sea and air
• Preparing import and export documentation
