About the Role

  • Plan, initiate, coordinate, and execute action plans which are geared towards success of key accounts assigned.
  • Gaining a clear understanding of key accounts businesses and requirements.
  • Gathering market and key account information.
  • Find solutions to solve problems of anything related to the key accounts.
  • Assist in the execution of plans for his/her assigned key accounts.
  • Monitoring daily communications and answering of any queries of Key Accounts.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing key accounts in person, via emails, and any other means of communication.
  • Acting as a contact between the company and its existing and potential key accounts whenever possible.
  • Assist in creating trade letters, product enrollment letters, promo enrollment letters, and all other things that Key Account Managers needed assistance to.
