Sales Head - Mutual Funds

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Mutual Fund Sales Team Lead to drive mutual fund distribution, manage a team of sales professionals, and expand client acquisition across retail and HNI segments. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of investment products, proven sales leadership experience, and the ability to build long-term client relationships while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Sales Management

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of mutual fund sales executives/advisors.
• Set sales targets and monitor team performance against KPIs.
• Conduct regular sales reviews, coaching sessions, and field support.
• Drive productivity and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.

Business Development

• Acquire new clients through referrals, partnerships, and direct sales efforts.
